This house is not one that I actually designed and built. This is a renovation of Cliff Cottage - 200 Windsor Ave. in Bridgeport.
5 bedroom (one was designed to be a Butler's bedroom), 2.5 bath, formal dining room, large living room with a bar, workout room, private master bedroom balcony with a hot tub. Outdoors: Large patio, swimming pool and outdoor bar.
What a view!
