Honeysuckle House
I wanted to see what I could do with the smallest lot possible (10x10) and this is what I came up with. It's not much, but it's a nice little starter home for one Sim or even a couple (that doesn't plan on having any kids, lol).

Daffodil House
This lot is actually a model of a house I used to live in - which is why it's not as extravagant as some of my other houses. Of course, I tweaked a few things - like adding a swimming pool, expanding the yard, palm trees & adding the deck. Basically the whole backyard, lol.
4 potential bedrooms (only 1 is decorated as such), formal dining room, spacious kitchen.

Carnation House
This house is not one that I actually designed and built. This is a renovation of Cliff Cottage - 200 Windsor Ave. in Bridgeport.
5 bedroom (one was designed to be a Butler's bedroom), 2.5 bath, formal dining room, large living room with a bar, workout room, private master bedroom balcony with a hot tub. Outdoors: Large patio, swimming pool and outdoor bar.
What a view!

This lot has a main house and a guest house. When I played this house, I chose not to use money cheats, so I just built additions when I could. If you don't want the guest house, feel free to bulldoze it. :)
